Pre-Wedding





• Initial Meeting (1-1:30 hours)
• Detail Planning Meeting (2hours)
• Attend and lead the rehearsal (1 hour)
• Unlimited phone and email consultation during office hours (10AM-6PM)
• Create a wedding timeline for vendors and wedding party
• Thorough review of vendor details
• Create wedding checklist of all “yet-to-dos”
• Vendor referrals if needed
• Confirm with vendors a week prior to wedding day
• Distribute wedding timeline to vendors

Wedding Day


• Two wedding planners on site
• Be the main contact for venue staff, vendors and wedding party
• Manage all vendor arrival times, drop-offs, setup and cleanup
• Assist setting up with Ceremony decors
(programs, unity candles and etc.)
• Supervise Reception setup
• Make sure requested items are set up
(name cards and etc.)
• Prepare wedding day emergency kit
• Coordinate with Officiant
• Cue bridal party and parents for processional
• Line up bridal party for announcements at Reception
• Attend and assist bridal party and guests and
• answer questions as needed
• Make sure timing is kept for all events

After-Wedding





• Supervise and assist as needed with teardown
• Deliver items to designated locations
• Deliver final payments and tips to vendors
